Childcare Costs and Funding
We acknowledge that childcare expenses can feel costly, so we make every effort to maintain affordable fees for families. At the same time, it is crucial for us to sustain our exceptional childcare services. Consequently, our fee structure reflects this commitment.
Our fees are inclusive of all meals, snacks, drinks, baby formula and nappies. They also cover suncream application (first application should be by parents prior to attending), extracurricular activities and events. We will endeavour to sell unused purchased sessions on your behalf whenever possible.
We accept Employers Childcare Vouchers, we are registered for the Government Tax Free Childcare scheme and have a limited number of free spaces for 3 year olds please contact us for more information.

Open All Year
Oscar Bears is open 51 weeks per year. Closing on Bank Holidays and between Christmas and New Year with no charge for the festive closure.
Inclusive of all meals
We provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks within our fee structure. A freshly cooked hot lunch is provided each day. Cooked on site by our very own Chef Terry, created using healthy fresh ingredients and recipes the children love!
Little Extras
Also included in our fees are all the little extras such as milk (formula and dairy), nappies, suncream and snacks. We also offer some extracurricular activities on certain days, such as Pro-Tots Sports, Yoga and Languages, all included in your fee.
Quinn loves Sports with Michael (Pro-Tots. We couldn’t believe there was no extra charge. We love the fact that everything is included in one fee and the team are so flexible, swapping days where they can!
